Making the right decision can be difficult and time consuming. Every feature comes with a cost so we need to be selective about what we deliver.

In this talk I'll discuss methods of A/B testing in Rails. I'll look at defining experiments and leveraging data to make better decisions. I’ll cover running several versions of a feature in production to see which one your users prefer. Finally, I'll discuss rolling out a risky schema change to measure the effects before releasing to everyone.
