Diagnosing and fixing bugs is one of the hardest things that all developers have to do. It's especially difficult for new developers that don’t have as much confidence in their abilities.

Learn about tactics and techniques for diagnosing bugs, reproducing them, researching around the problem, asking for help and implementing a fix.

Ali runs a Ruby on Rails consultancy called Happy Bear Software. He has fixed a lot of bugs and trained a lot of junior developers, who also have fixed a lot of bugs.
